The children guessed that our puppet today would be a Zebra. Boy were they surprised to find out it was a Zipper!! We all then examined our own zippers. There were again fun things for show and tell such as many zebras stuffed and plastic. And a Zelda action card. I introduced flowers with Zenas. We examined the seeds and talked about different types of flowers, and how some need more sun than others. We made a colorful large Zena for decoration with bright colored paper, plates and glue. The children then took an actual Zena Flower home to care for.
For Snack we had Zoo animal Crackers, and talked about going to the Zoo.
